Job Description Role: Day to day involvement in development of project design tasks assigned by the team leader from early stages of design, through technical design development, to the construction documentation. Design Management and Team Leadership: Adhere to project deadlines Maintain the design quality standards. Deliver the project under the guidance of Interior designer II, III, (IDI, IDII) Senior Interior designer (SID) and/or Design Manager (DM). Design & Technical Expertise: Contribute to preparation of project/s’ concept design preparation including but not limited to: Project Model/s and Graphical presentation Drawings and Reports Develop specific project deliveries while maintaining high-quality design and construction documents. Adopt creative design and problem solving approach. Participate in the design coordination process within support of Interior design team. Develop project BIM Models and design documents (drawings and reports). Be informed about the applicable codes requirements and building materials/systems. Maintain the models’ BIM quality level under the guidance of IDI/IDII/SID/DM with the BIM Coordinator / Manager. Accountable for successful project delivery of assigned tasks relevant to level of experience and meeting the targeted deadlines. Accountable for maintaining the Quality of assigned tasks. Accountable for efficient planning and utilization of project’s man-hours assigned by team leader. Qualifications a. Bachelor’s in architecture/interior design with good experience. b. Minimum of [2] years of experience in interior design. c. Previous training or coop experience in interior design. d. Strong understanding of architectural/interior design principles. e. Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills. f. Proficient in BIM process, implementation and workflows. REVIT.
