We are an interior fit-out company and currently hiring for a highly motivated and creative Designer. He/ she will be responsible to collect all design brief information, data, taking notes involved in a tender or project and to work together as a team.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Collaborate with business development and CAD Drafter to provide test fit layout for potential prospects.
Understand client’s requirements through design brief or meeting.
Propose conceptualize design mood images, space planning, creative solutions and design proposal.
Collaborate with designer and provide construction layout plans and construction detailed drawings.
Provide presentation for design proposal.
Coordinate with CAD Drafter to produce construction drawings/ shop drawings and details are reviewed before submission for client’s approval.
He / she must have the ability to spot any discrepancy between the actual site and drawings provided and highlight this to the team.
To ensure drawing schedule and revision drawing number is up to date.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS/ REQUIREMENTS

Possess at least a diploma or degree in interior design, architecture or equivalent.
Proficient of AutoCAD software, Sketch Up, Photoshop and 3D rendering software.
Proficient in space planning, design proposal and interpersonal skills to sell his/ her design proposal.
Strong knowledge of materials and latest trend of design.
Strong in conceptual design and space planning.
2 to 5 years of related works experience.
Proven track record and credibility.
Must be able to work diligently under pressure to meet tight timeline.
He/ she has a good time management and planning.
Good communication skills, meticulous, able to work in team and also independently.
Experience in interior fit out industry is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software i.e., MS power point, Words and Outlook.
Candidate with better experience will be offered the senior role
