QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in interior design within the UAE, with at least

1-2 full-cycle high-rise projects delivered.

• Strong understanding of BOQ, procurement workflows, and vendor engagement.
• Excellent knowledge of interior finishes, materials, and technical details.
• Proficiency in Designing software and MS Office.
• Ability to make informed material decisions during vendor and showroom

visits.

• Familiarity with Dubai Municipality (DM), DLD, Trakhees, and other authority

requirements.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a solutions-oriented mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Professional certification or membership in design associations.
• Fluency in Arabic is an advantage
