JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Interior Designer to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have a strong design sensibility, technical know-how, and a solid understanding of Dubai’s design standards and regulations. This role involves working on residential and commercial projects from concept to completion.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in Dubai
• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or Civil engineering a related field
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or equivalent
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Must be available for immediate joining

  Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED6,500.00 per month

Experience:

• UAE : 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• UAE DRIVING LICENCE IS A PLUS (Preferred)

• Prepare client presentations and attend site visits as required
• Develop design concepts, mood boards, space planning, and detailed drawings
• Prepare architectural and interior design presentations and documentation
• Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and vendors for materials and execution
• Ensure compliance with local authorities and building regulations
• Conduct site visits and oversee implementation to ensure design intent is met
• Collaborate closely with project managers and clients
• 3D Modelling & Visualization: Create detailed and accurate 3D models and renderings using software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max or similar.
• 3DS MAX/ V-RAY or SKTECHUP, LUMION AUTOCARD experienced.
