Experienced Interior Designer
For consideration submit photograph portfolio of professional work and sample of professional construction document as it pertains to interior design of model homes and residential interiors.
We are looking for a sophisticated and confident interior designer.
Requirements: Communicates with clients, client liaisons, trades and team.
Adaptable, dependable and sense of style.
Manages deadlines & budgets.
Selects surface materials and creates details as they relate to FF&E within aesthetic requirements.
Works with technical designer and principal to create detailed CDs.
Provides notes and sketches for technical designer to draw floor plans, elevations and cabinet designs. Assist in support of technical design aspects as requested.
Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices and procedures. Has a strong design point of view and aligns with company’s aesthetic.
Demonstrates creative problem solving. Ability to plan and deliver thorough work which meets the principal and client expectations.
Travels for client meetings, presentations and project installations as required.
Experience in sourcing furniture and finishes as it pertains to model homes and high end residences.
Has knowledge of commonly used concepts and practices.
Overtime as required to meet deadlines.
