Job Description Lead and manage end-to-end design for interior projects, from initial concepts, space planning, and material selection to final construction documentation. Guide and mentor a team of designers, ensuring high-quality output, effective coordination, and adherence to project timelines. Conduct client meetings, understand requirements, and translate them into innovative, functional design solutions. Oversee development of Revit models, drawings, BOQs, and design presentations. Coordinate with MEP, structural, and other consultants to ensure seamless integration of services. Review construction drawings, details, and specifications for accuracy and buildability. Participate in site visits, resolve design issues, and provide clarifications during project execution. Maintain strong knowledge of latest design trends, materials, workplace strategies, and industry best practices.
