QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in interior design, decorating, staging, landscaping, or related fields.
• Strong eye for style, color, and detail across both interiors and exteriors.
• Hands-on skills: painting, wallpapering, furniture assembly, refinishing, decorating.
• Ability to source and curate furniture/decor across multiple channels (retail, online, resale).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage timelines and budgets.
• Portfolio of past design or staging projects strongly preferred.

THE ROLE

We are seeking an Interior Designer to bring vision, style, and beauty to a variety of spaces, from Airbnbs to retail environments and beyond. This role combines creative design expertise with hands-on execution. You’ll be sourcing unique furniture and decor, working within budgets, and ensuring each space reflects the authentic “vibe” while remaining practical and welcoming.
The ideal candidate has a keen eye for design, a love of detail, and resourcefulness—someone who can scour Facebook Marketplace for the perfect piece, hang curtains, apply wallpaper, plan landscaping, and make every corner of a space (indoors or outdoors) feel intentional.
