XR Experience for Advertising is hiring an Interior Designer to join our Production Team. This is a full-time position based in Maadi, Egypt. We are preferably looking for a female candidate for this role. About XR Experience: XR Experience for Advertising is a creative agency specializing in delivering innovative media and advertising solutions across digital and traditional platforms. We partner with brands to create impactful campaigns, combining strategy, creativity, and high-quality execution in every project. About the Role: We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer with a strong eye for aesthetics and space planning to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming creative concepts into functional, visually appealing, and execution-ready designs for events, activations, exhibitions, retail spaces, and branded environments. This role requires someone who can balance creativity with technical knowledge while ensuring designs are practical, cost-efficient, and aligned with project requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Develop creative interior design concepts for events, exhibitions, retail spaces, booths, and brand activations. - Create detailed layouts, mood boards, 3D visualizations, and technical drawings. - Prepare shop drawings and execution details using AutoCAD and design software. - Select materials, finishes, furniture, and décor elements that align with project concepts and budgets. - Collaborate closely with production, creative, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution. - Conduct site visits to supervise implementation and ensure design quality standards are met. - Modify and optimize designs based on client feedback, project timelines, and operational needs. - Ensure all designs reflect brand identity and meet client expectations. Work Conditions - Working Days: Sunday to Thursday - Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM - Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. - 2–4 years of experience in interior design, preferably in events, exhibitions, retail design, or advertising production. - Strong sense of aesthetics, creativity, and attention to detail. - Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory). - Experience with 3D design software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, or similar tools is a plus. - Good understanding of materials, furniture, finishes, and production methods. - Strong communication and teamwork skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. - Medical Insurance - Social Insurance
