BRIEF DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in Business Bay. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of proven UAE experience in the fit-out, interior design, or building maintenance industry. A valid UAE driving license is essential for client visits and site meetings.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in fit-out, interior design, or building maintenance
• Strong sales background with a proven track record of generating business leads and closing deals
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Valid UAE driving license
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
• Must be an immediate joiner

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the UAE market
• Meet with clients to understand project requirements and present tailored solutions
• Prepare and deliver competitive sales proposals and quotations
• Negotiate contracts and close sales agreements
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
• Conduct site visits and project inspections as needed
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Provide regular sales reports and market updates to management
