Job Description We are seeking an innovative and enthusiastic Interior Designer - Site to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this role, you will be responsible for creating stunning interior spaces while managing on-site project implementation. The ideal candidate will bring a creative vision, technical expertise, and strong project management skills to deliver exceptional design solutions for our clients. Develop and present innovative interior design concepts that align with client needs and project requirements Collaborate with architects, contractors, and clients to ensure seamless project execution Manage on-site design implementation, overseeing construction and installation processes Create detailed design plans, including space layouts, lighting schemes, and material selections Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to source materials, furniture, and fixtures Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards Adapt designs as needed to address on-site challenges and maintain project timelines Present design progress and updates to clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle Implement sustainable design practices and incorporate energy-efficient solutions where possible Mentor junior designers and contribute to the overall growth of the design team Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field Minimum 3-5 years of experience in interior design, with a focus on on-site project management Proficiency in CAD software, including AutoCAD and SketchUp Strong knowledge of interior design principles, current trends, and industry best practices Excellent visual and spatial awareness with a keen eye for detail Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts effectively Proven project management abilities, including budget control and timeline management Familiarity with building codes and regulations in the UAE Understanding of construction processes and materials Knowledge of sustainable design practices and energy-efficient solutions Professional certification (e.g., NCIDQ) preferred Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and on-site conditions Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams Willingness to travel to various project sites within Dubai and the UAE Business Line: Energy and Sustainable Cities Type of contract: Permanent contract Service Line: Architecture Region: Middle East and South Asia Job Family: Site Supervision Profession: Construction Supervision and Surveying
