Position Summary As an Interior Designer at Square One, you will be involved in every stage of the design process—from concept development to project completion. You will collaborate closely with our architects, developers, and external partners to create thoughtful, stylish, and functional interiors that align with our brand and project vision. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with architects, developers, and clients on space planning and design direction Develop design concepts, mood boards, and visual presentations Research and specify materials, finishes, furnishings, and fixtures Create detailed floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution Estimate project costs and manage budgets Conduct site visits, oversee installation, and guide the execution of design intent Maintain clear communication with clients and internal stakeholders throughout the project Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field 2–3 years of experience in a similar role (entry-level candidates with strong portfolios will be considered) Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or any other 3D design software Strong creative thinking and visualization skills Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management Knowledge of interior design principles, materials and construction methods.
