QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Experience:
• Mid-level Role: 3–5 years in interior design/fit‑out, preferably with experience in the UAE.
• Technical Proficiency:
• Mastery of AutoCAD, 3ds Max, Revit, and strong capabilities with SketchUp for creating immersive 3D models and client visualizations.
• Soft Skills: Excellent presentation, communication, and project management abilities. Keen attention to detail and client-centric mindset.
• Additional Assets: UAE driving license and familiarity with local suppliers are advantageous.
• Language preferences: Must know Hindi and English.

• Develop & Present Concept Designs: Create mood boards, layout plans, and schematic visuals tailored to luxe residential, retail, and commercial fit‑out projects.
• Detail Design & Technical Documentation: Prepare IFC/shop drawings, material schedules, and FF&E specifications. Collaborate with carpentry, steel fabrication, and MEP teams for seamless execution.
• Project Coordination: Work closely with project managers, craftsmen, clients, and suppliers—participating in site visits to ensure design intent is accurately realized.
• Ensure Quality & Compliance: Uphold the firm’s “quality over quantity” ethos by maintaining attention to detail and staying aligned with UAE fit‑out regulations and standards.
