We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing interior design projects across residential, commercial, or hospitality spaces. This role requires a strong understanding of design principles, space planning, and materials, as well as excellent communication and project management skills.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• Proven experience (2–5 years) as an Interior Designer or similar role.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Photoshop, and 3D rendering tools.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design capabilities and completed projects.
• Knowledge of building codes, accessibility standards, and sustainable design.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Develop design concepts that align with client goals and project requirements.
• Create mood boards, design presentations, and material boards.
• Produce detailed drawings, floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings.
• Select and source furniture, fixtures, materials, and finishes.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Conduct site visits to ensure project implementation aligns with the design plan.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to timelines and budgets.
• Stay current with design trends, materials, and technologies.
