Position: Interior Designer (3ds Max Expertise Required)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a talented Interior Designer with mandatory expertise in 3ds Max to create high-quality 3D visualizations and immersive design experiences. You will conceptualize and execute design projects across residential, corporate, and retail spaces, translating client visions into reality using cutting-edge design software and technology.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field.
• Proven experience in interior design, with a strong portfolio showcasing creativity and technical expertise.
• Mandatory proficiency in 3ds Max; knowledge of Unreal Engine is a plus.
• Experience with AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design software.
• Strong communication, presentation, and project management skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Passion for sustainability and commitment to incorporating eco-friendly design practices.

• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget constraints.
• Develop innovative design concepts that align with client visions and project requirements.
• Create detailed drawings, mood boards, and 3D renderings using 3ds Max.
• Source materials, furniture, and accessories to enhance both aesthetic and functionality.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors for seamless project execution.
• Stay updated on emerging trends, technologies, and sustainable design practices.
