JOB DESCRIPTION:

• To formulate space planning, concept development and perform full interior design activities
• To generate 3D Computerised perspective drawings and all construction detail drawings
• To prepare Construction Specification / Design Documentations / Material Selection
• To prepare presentation such as design intent, colour scheme and material boards
• To communicate and liaise with clients, contractors, consultants and project managers on all project matters

REQUIREMENTS:

• Possess minimum Diploma / Degree in related design discipline
• Preferably minimum 1 year working experience in related field
• Competent in AutoCAD, 3D Studio Max, Sketchup, V-ray, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop and Microsoft Office
• Able to independently design and prepare full sets of drawings from design intent to construction detailing
• Possess creative flair and good portfolio
• Possess a good knowledge of construction materials and various technical and building codes
• Able to multi-task and meet all stipulated project schedules and datelines
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
• Entry Level candidates with creative flair and design skills will be considered too
