• Cost Estimation: Preparing detailed and accurate cost estimates for interior projects, including materials, labor, and other expenses.
• BOQ Preparation: Creating detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQ) to outline all project requirements.
• Vendor Management: Sourcing and evaluating quotes from suppliers and subcontractors to ensure competitive pricing.
• Budget Management: Monitoring project costs throughout the execution phase to stay within budget.
• Project Analysis: Reviewing client requirements, design specifications, and site conditions to prepare accurate estimates.
• Software Proficiency: Utilizing software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit for design and estimation purposes.

Sales & Client Management:

• Client Acquisition: Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the interior design and fit-out market.
• Client Presentations: Presenting design proposals and cost estimates to clients, effectively communicating the value of the project.
• Negotiation: Negotiating contracts and pricing with clients to close deals.
• Relationship Building: Maintaining strong relationships with clients, architects, and designers.
• Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service throughout the sales process and project lifecycle.
• Sales Targets: Meeting or exceeding sales targets and revenue goals.Combined Responsibilities:
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Working closely with design, project management, and operations teams to ensure project success.
• Site Visits: Conducting site surveys to gather necessary information for accurate estimations and design development.
• Tendering: Preparing and managing tenders for projects.
• Contract Management: Overseeing contract execution and managing any changes or claims.
• Market Knowledge: Staying up-to-date on industry trends, pricing, and new materials.
