We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Interior Fit-Out Coordinator to oversee and support the day-to-day operations of our interior projects across commercial, residential, and retail spaces. The ideal candidate will coordinate between clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and the internal project team to ensure timely and high-quality project execution.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of UAE experience in a similar coordination role within the interior fit-out industry.

• Coordinate and manage all aspects of interior fit-out projects from initiation to completion.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between project managers, site engineers, clients, and vendors.
• Prepare and monitor project schedules, procurement logs, and work progress reports.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials and resources to project sites.
• Assist in reviewing drawings, BOQs, and project specifications.
• Maintain documentation including contracts, purchase orders, and change orders.
• Attend site meetings and prepare minutes of meetings (MOMs).
• Support in obtaining necessary approvals from authorities (if required).
• Track project milestones, budgets, and deadlines to ensure client expectations are met.
• Address and resolve issues related to scheduling, manpower, and resources.
• Ensure all work complies with relevant quality and safety standards.
