QUALIFICATIONS:

· Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field
· Proven experience as an estimator in an interior design and Fit-Out company, with a minimum of 4 years Middle East experience
· Valid UAE Driving License.
· Strong analytical and mathematical skills
· Knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and construction methods
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
· Proficient in Microsoft Office and estimating software

Experience:

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Estimator to join our client interior fit-out team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for commercial, retail, and residential fit-out projects, ensuring that all projects meet financial objectives and are delivered on time. This role requires a deep understanding of materials, labour costs, timelines, and the ability to analyze and interpret project requirements to provide competitive and accurate estimates.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Analyze project specifications and drawings to accurately estimate costs for labor, materials, and equipment
2. Collaborate with project managers, consultants and clients to understand project requirements and provide accurate estimates
3. Prepare and submit comprehensive and competitive bids to clients
4. Track and analyze project costs to ensure they are within budget
5. Conduct site visits and gather necessary information for accurate estimates
6. Maintain an up-to-date database of prices for materials, equipment, and labor
7. Attend project meetings and provide expertise on estimating and cost-related issues

   Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
