POSITION SUMMARY 【職位宗旨】 負責飯店內各項裝修設施、傢俱及裝修面材等的維護、保養及損壞修繕,並確保相關工程作業及服務品質符合W飯店的作業標準。 提供專業個人知識及技能,以及支援必要的行政服務,並協同工程部門提升整體工作效率及顧客滿意度。 【主要負責事項】 1. 各單位室內裝修設施、傢俱及裝修面材等故障、損壞報請修繕之項目維修作業。(含酒店客房) 2. 執行酒店室內裝修設施、傢俱及裝修面材等之維護保養作業。(含酒店客房) 3. 依據部門排定之計畫,實施和執行各項預防性維修保養計畫。 4. 各項作業安全依據標準程序及相關要求進行,並確保各項作業符合萬豪國際集團標準及當地政府部門相關法令及所屬要求。 5. 控制基本維修時之物料件消耗量。 6. 協助定期執行庫存盤點工作,統計倉庫內既有物料種類與數量,並作為申請採購或進貨數量的參考。         At Marriott International, we are dedicated to being an equal opportunity employer, welcoming all and providing access to opportunity.
