We are an Interior Design and Build company serving the Office/Hospitality/Health Care/Pharmaceutical/F&B industry for the last 30 years. We are seeking for a candidate with relevant Interior Design training and experience in the Commercial Projects Sector.
Job Scope includes co-ordinating of interior works including M&E scope. Ability to read and understand layout plans/elevation and construction drawings efficiently. Able to liase with all levels of workers of the sub cons/vendors. Must have good interaction skills. Previous experience working in similar ID/Architectural/Construction firms will have an added edge. Able to liase with sub cons/vendors in Mandarin ideal. Candidate should be able to independently commence projects till the handover of projects. Good organization skills, sound technical knowledge and resourcefulness is essential key element to a desired candidate. Knowledge on AutoCad and ability to draft/prepare shop drawings/ plans/elevation and construction drawings an added advantage but not a must. Remuneration will commensurate with experience and capabilities.
Able to commence work soonest.

Pay: $2,500.00 - $4,000.00 per month
