• Lead interior design projects from concept to completion with attention to cost
• Generate construction drawings and detailed specifications
• Handle quantity take-offs, tender evaluations, and pricing analysis
• Work closely with project managers, consultants, and suppliers
• Ensure designs are value-engineered without compromising aesthetic
• Participate in site coordination and resolve cost-related site issue
