What You'll Do At Grey You will work to ensure a safe and quality project in order to deliver an exceptional building for our clients. Below, you will find some of the duties that you will perform as an assistant superintendent: Initiate and submit monthly pay applications to ensure positive cash flow on projects Schedule and organize project meetings to facilitate communication with owners, designers, and contractors Enter and organize project documents in project management and accounting software (Procore) Communicate project updates and important information to project stakeholders Anticipate the needs of Grey Interiors/Monteith Construction project team to generate positive relationships and ensure on-time delivery Manage relationships to ensure positive project experience Participate in training and other forms of continuous improvement initiatives Experience You Should Have Strong communication skills Highly organized to maximize productivity Ownership and drive, someone who gets it done without needing much oversight Humility and a willingness to learn Eager to work well in team environments Required to Thrill at Grey No Brilliant Jerks– At Grey, we want collaborators and teammates.
