Join Our Team – Experienced Interlock Paver Installer / Landscape Foreman
Hardscape Ottawa is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced interlock paver installer / landscape foreman to take charge of exciting residential projects. You’ll be leading motivated crews of lead hands and labourers, with full support from a project manager and designer.
This is a role for true professionals who want to step up, lead with confidence, and deliver projects they can be proud of.
Responsibilities

This position is best suited for candidates with 5–7+ years in the landscape industry.

• Fully competent in all aspects of installation: machinery operation, grading, laying, and finishing work.
• Ensure the crew operates efficiently and projects stay on schedule.
• Read and interpret residential landscape plans and renderings.
• Set up and map out jobsites based on provided designs.
• Mentor and guide teammates — every new skill they learn strengthens the whole crew.

Experience & Skills

• 5+ years of landscape installation experience.
• Strong knowledge of all aspects of hardscape and landscape construction.
• Proven ability in blueprint reading, budgeting, and quality control.
• Familiarity with construction management software is an asset.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to guide a diverse team.
• Solid understanding of construction processes from start to finish.
