Responsibilities Partners with business to meet operational accounting needs for MSA’s global business. Collaborates with team members to design models to ensure proper U.S. GAAP accounting. Performs analytical procedures to ensure complete and accurate monthly reporting. Assists in the development of automated solutions for manual processes. Support all internal and external audit activities and requests, including SOX Compliance. Performs accounting research and 10-Q/10-K support as required based on business needs. Qualifications Demonstrated knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SOX. Thorough understanding of financial analysis with strong analytical abilities. Ability to problem solve day-to-day issues that affect multiple stakeholders including cross-functional team members. Oral and written communication skills for frequent interaction with financial and non-financial management. Continuous improvement mindset. Strong organizational, multi-tasking and team building skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Education and experience required: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field Associate I: No experience required Preferred: Public accounting or experience in a multinational manufacturing company. Working knowledge of SAP RAR (or similar recurring revenue software) and/or Oracle EPM. CPA earned or in process. #LI-KH2 #LI-HYBRID
