QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for an individual that has a 1-2 years of accounting experience, understands accruals and has the ambitions of attaining their CPA designation.

Other qualifications that would be beneficial are:

• Preparing financial statements, corporate tax filings, and business advisory solutions for some amazing businesses.
• Preparing personal tax returns and consulting with clients to minimize tax and achieve their personal goals.
• Knowledge of accounting software Caseware, XERO, QuickBooks Online & QuickBooks Desktop, Taxcycle.
• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to provide world-class customer service and be a great communicator.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred .

This is a full-time on-site role for an Intermediate Accountant in Dalmeny, SK. The Intermediate Accountant will be responsible for day-to-day accounting tasks, reviewing financial statements, reconciling accounts, analyzing financial data, and assisting with tax planning and filling for our clients.
