DESCRIPTION

Small established architectural firm seeking an Intermediate Architect with experience in preparing Construction Drawings / Documentation and on-site inspection within the Maritimes to undertake small - large projects throughout New Brunswick. Working with the Principal Architect, the successful candidate will participate in all aspects of the practice. The firm focus’s on Commercial, Industrial and Institutional Projects.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Currently Registered/Licensed with the Architect’s Association of New Brunswick
  • Graduate from an Accredited Architectural Program in Canada
  • Minimum 3-5 Years experience at previous Architectural Firm
  • Valid NB Driver’s License and reliable vehicle
  • Strong proficiency in Autocad
  • Strong working knowledge with Word, Outlook, Excel
  • Experience with 3D Rendering software a strong asset (Sketchup, Twinmotion)
  • Proficiency with Revit an asset
  • Bilingual (English / French) an asset
    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
    Pay: $40.00-$55.00 per hour
    Expected hours: 40 per week
