Responsibilities and Duties:

• Preparation of design drawings and construction documents for various types of residential and commercial projects
• Possess a working knowledge of the Ontario Building Code (OBC) and can complete OBC analysis on projects
• Proficient knowledge in the use of building materials and related construction techniques
• Must be capable of working on multiple projects at on time.
• Other duties, relevant to the position, shall be assigned as required

Qualifications:

• Successfully graduated with an Architectural Technologist Diploma or equivalent required
• Experience and proficient knowledge of Autodesk Revit considered essential
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Hands-on residential construction experience an asset (and should be highlighted in your application)
• A quick learner with precise attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Possess exceptional organizational skills and ability to prioritize independently

Hours: Monday to Friday, based on a 40-hour work week.
