Join the Supply Chain Forecast Engine team as an Intermediate Business System Analyst where you will be playing a key role interacting with cross-functional enterprise teams and business partners to analyze requirements and drive product features to build the future of supply chain forecasting at Publix.
The most suitable candidate for this position will have a business background with strong analytical, planning, problem solving, writing and presentation skills and one who can communicate effectively with management, peers, technology vendors and business unit customers.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business or a related analytical field or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience in system analysis
• 3+ years business experience planning, organizing, and managing all activities associated with delivering solutions in a large-scale distributed environment
• 3+ years of experience analyzing business problems and translating business requirements into technology solutions
• 2+ years of SQL or variant experience
• Experience working with stakeholders/business users directly
• Experience working with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of business systems analysis experience
• 5+ years business experience planning, organizing, and managing all activities associated with delivering solutions in a large-scale distributed environment
• 2+ years of experience working as a Product Owner within an Agile Scrum framework and its application in product design, development, and delivery utilizing Azure DevOps
• Knowledge and experience working with supply chain forecasting concepts, terminology, and systems
• Experience performing data analysis by creating and executing queries, interpreting results, and communicating findings to technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience with Machine Learning, Azure Databricks and Data Modeling
• Knowledge of time-series forecasting using ML/AI models
