Closing Date: 30th July 2026 Contract Type: Permanent Salary: £11,745 - £12,261 Hours: 15 per week The Bellfield Centre is looking for an experienced, dynamic and dedicated Intermediate Care Worker to join our vibrant and supportive team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a background in social care who is passionate about making a real and lasting difference to the lives of older people using our integrated Intermediate Care service. The shifts for this post are 5 x 3 hours shifts per week 19.45pm - 22.45pm. About the Role As an Intermediate Care Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting older people to regain independence, improve wellbeing and achieve their personal outcomes. You will work as part of a fully integrated health and social care team, providing high‑quality, person‑centred care and support.
