In this role, you'll support Dev.Pro in engaging top IT/developer talent in Latin America by running targeted campaigns, participating in online and offline tech communities, and growing an active talent pool. In this role, you’ll support tech talent engagement across Latin America, assist with targeted campaigns, and help activate regional communities to strengthen Dev.Pro’s talent acquisition efforts. Plan, segment, and run nurture campaigns for warm/cold tech talent in Latin America Reactivate dormant candidates and optimize engagement to drive conversion into pipelines Monitor, join, and engage in technology communities across Latin America Build micro-partnerships with small developer groups and local tech hubs Collect feedback from communities to provide actionable insights for hiring Collaborate with recruiters, RecOps, and marketing teams on regional talent acquisition initiatives Contribute ideas to multi-channel nurture strategies, community playbooks, and candidate conversion funnels 🎾 What's working at Dev.Pro like?
