JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking an Architectural Designer whose principal role will be to assist and develop the architectural design of a number of hospitality and residential projects spanning the globe. Working closely with the project designers, an outstanding candidate is required to have exceptional design skills and a track record of 4-6 years of experience. Excellent design, presentation and communication skills are a must.

REQUIREMENTS

• Recognized architectural degree
• Minimum 4 years experience as a designer/architect
• AutoCAD, Sketchup and computer modelling skills are required; experience in Revit and Enscape (or similar rendering software) is a plus
• Good communication skills in EnglishDemonstrate a creative flair through previous experience and portfolio

• Design analysis, research and preliminary design studies
• Receive creative direction from senior team members and proactively develop concepts, ideas or solutions that respond to that specific briefing
• Development of design ideas by way of freehand sketches and mood imagery
• Conceptualize and communicate designs solutions effectively through drawings, graphical presentations and verballySupporting senior architects in coordinating with external consultants (e.g. Structure, MEP) to integrate technical requirements
