Overview Supports Contracting Officer’s Representatives (COTRs) and development teams by refining requirements, system designs, and test capabilities to meet mission needs. Applies Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) methodologies and tools to improve system lifecycle outcomes. Responsibilities Develop and refine system requirements, architectures, and design artifacts Apply MBSE methodologies to system development and lifecycle management Collaborate with COTRs, developers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment with mission needs Support integration, testing, and validation of system capabilities Contribute to architecture frameworks and modeling strategies Required Qualifications Master's and 4 years OR Bachelor's and 7 years OR Doctorate and 3 year OR Associate and 8 years Or HS and 10 years Experience with MBSE methodologies, tools, and frameworks (DoDAF, SysML, UAF) Strong understanding of systems engineering lifecycle processes Experience translating mission needs into technical requirements Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams Top Secret/SCI with Poly Desired Qualifications OCSMP Level 2 (Model Builder Fundamental) or higher Experience with DoD architecture development and documentation Hands-on experience with MBSE modeling tools
