JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled Intermediate Drafter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in drafting and design, utilizing various software’s such as Revit & Rendering software’s to create detailed schematics and plans for construction projects. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with engineers and architects.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proficiency in CAD software including AutoCAD, Revit, and D5 Render.
• Strong understanding of drafting principles and construction processes.
• Experience with creating schematics and detailed drawings is preferred.
• Familiarity with 2D animation techniques is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

• Develop detailed drawings and specifications using CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and D5 Render

• Prepare schematics for various construction components, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Revise designs based on feedback from engineers or clients, maintaining clear communication throughout the process.
• Assist in the preparation of project documentation and presentations as needed.
• Maintain organized records of all drafts and revisions for future reference.
