We have an immediate opportunity for an Intermediate – Interior Designer to join our team! This position can be based in any of our three locations.

• Collaborate on and lead interiors projects, including programming client needs, conceptual design, schematic design, and design development
• Develop space planning concepts and prepare program documents
• Participate in the selection of furniture systems, finishes, and specifications
• Provide project team coordination for finished plans, specifications, and material selections required for construction
• Work closely with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure project objectives are met on schedule and within budget
• Participate in construction administration, including reviewing submittals and finish samples
• Assist in managing client expectations, team communication, and consultant coordination
• Contribute to office culture through initiatives, collaboration, and learning programs
  Salary: $65,000 – $85,000 (based on experience)
  Locations: Surrey, Kelowna or Victoria, BC
