We are currently seeking a highly skilled Intermediate Interior Designer to join our team of multi-talented people. FDM Designs creates original experiences for our clients by translating our designs into virtual realities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Degree / Diploma in Interior Design or equivalent
• Minimum 7 years experience in either hospitality, luxury residential or corporate design.
• Lead, manage and carry out multiple projects of moderate complexity within scheduled and budget.
• Assist the Project Leads in concept development of projects.
• Possess a creative and forward thinking mindset.
• Manage client relationships through progress reports
• Experience in luxury high end Residential, Commercial and Hospitality projects.
• Strong understanding of millwork design and the construction process.
• Accustomed to working in a fast-paced, deadline oriented setting.
• Excellent ability to produce FF&E details.
• Able to work on several projects concurrently.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently and other team members.
• Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
• Superb organizational skills

SOFTWARE SKILLS:

• Autodesk AutoCAD
• Autodesk Revit (an asset)
• Sketch up
• Photoshop
• Microsoft Office (Work, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  Salary is commensurate with experience and skills.
