Wayne Swadron is an integrated architecture, interior and landscape design firm, involved in the planning and execution of luxurious residences in Canada and abroad.
We currently have a career opportunity for an intermediate Landscape Architect
Successful candidates possess a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience covering all aspects of landscape design, including specific knowledge of design detailing, specifying plant material, co-ordination of consultants and sourcing materials.
All candidates must have relevant post-secondary training, strong technical/drafting skills and a positive ‘service oriented’ attitude.
The following skill set is desired
- CAD proficiency, 3D modelling, Sketch-Up, Microsoft Office (preferably in a Mac environment). Familiarity with Vector works is a plus.
- Ability to balance multiple projects with consecutive/overlapping schedules and delivery dates
- Strong time-management skills with experience in complex, multi-disciplinary projects
- Excellent communication and team work skills
- Stong technical knowledge and detailing abilities
