The Ottawa office is looking for an Intermediate Process Engineer to join their team in a full-time permanent position.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A minimum of a University degree in Civil, Environmental, or Chemical Engineering from an accredited post-secondary institution with a strong interest in water and wastewater projects.
  • 5-7 years of progressive experience is preferred.
  • Registered as an EIT with the PEO. Valid P. Eng. designation is an asset.
  • Experience in using AutoCAD 2015 or newer versions.
  • Experience with Biowin and Revit would be an asset.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Demonstrates superior English communication skills both oral and written.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to develop positive relationships with staff, project team members and clients.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license with access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities
  • Studies and Class EAs for water and wastewater projects.
  • Organize/prepare conceptual, preliminary and final process designs for water and wastewater treatment plants, water and wastewater pumping stations, reservoirs, and intakes and outfalls.
  • Prepare AutoCAD design drawings.
  • Assist with shop drawings review and coordination.
  • Participate in contract administration during construction.
  • Site inspection, as required.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned/required and appropriate to this position.
