You’ll apply your expertise to align team activities with project goals, provide effective people management, and ensure adherence to Scrum principles. Facilitate Scrum events and guide the team in Scrum practices Conduct 1-on-1s and provide support to team members Manage stakeholder communication to align priorities and ensure successful project delivery Track project progress and metrics, ensuring effective reporting Adjust team priorities based on task estimation and stakeholder feedback Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment Promote open and transparent communication within the team Keep project documentation organized and up-to-date Support alignment of team activities with project scope, deliverables, and goals as outlined in the SOW Assist with budget planning and resource allocation as needed 🎾 What's working at Dev.Pro like?
