QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have legal working status.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant renovation experience.
• Proficient in basic renovation skills (tiling, flooring, drywall, plastering, etc.).
• Able to adapt to job site conditions, follow instructions, and work well in a team.
• Senior workers must have strong site management and coordination skills.
• Driver’s license preferred.

INTERMEDIATE WORKER RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Independently carry out most renovation tasks.
• Proficient in tiling, flooring installation, drywall installation, plastering, etc.
• Collaborate with the team to complete tasks on time and with high quality.

SENIOR WORKER RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Independently manage renovation job sites.
• Supervise and lead intermediate workers and apprentices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during the renovation process.
• Create material lists according to project needs and assist with procurement.
