We have an immediate opportunity for an Intermediate – Senior Technologist to join our team! This position can be based in any of our three locations.

• Contribute to the design, coordination, and documentation of a variety of projects across all phases
• Produce detailed working drawings and specifications with a focus on clarity, constructability, and compliance
• Apply your knowledge of building envelope systems, construction detailing, and building codes to support high-quality technical outcomes
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Lead or support project teams based on your experience level
• Participate in contract administration services, including site reviews, RFIs, and submittals
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to improving technical standards, if in a senior capacity
  Salary: $70,000 – $90,000 (based on experience)
  Locations: Surrey, Kelowna or Victoria, BC
