  • Update and configure connections to the CRM system
  • Update and configure CRM front-end portal solutions
  • Troubleshoot and remediate technical issues for both the CRM system and the

front-end portal solutions

  • Understand, configure, troubleshoot and remediate issues with batch file

processing as it relates to the CRM and front-end portal solutions

  • Required to translate technical systems specifications into working, tested CRM

applications. This includes developing detailed programming specifications, writing
and/or generating code, compiling data-driven programs, maintaining, and

conducting unit tests.

  • Resolves and troubleshoots technical problems which arise during the creation, use

and operation of software packages
