Solana Networks is seeking an intermediate software developer who would join a small team responsible for developing a novel cyber security solution leveraging AI.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

• Develop software for Linux-based cyber security solution as part of a small team
• Integrate open source packages with implemented solution on Linux
• Carry out test, evaluation, analysis and bug fix of implemented solution

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

The successful applicant will have:

• Strong experience as a Python programmer
• Strong experience developing web GUI and backend REST services
• Experience integrating third-party packages on Linux
• Experience with Scikit-learn, Numpy and Pandas
• Analytical problem solving abilities
• Good written and verbal communication skills

The following are desirable:

• Experience with Angular
• Experience/knowledge of network protocols
• Experience with Virtual Machines and Docker
• Experience with scripting languages (e.g., R, Typescript)
• Experience with data visualization (e.g., D3, Tableau)

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related field
• Minimum 3+ years experience as a software developer
