At Gateway, we’re building the future of operational technology, and we’re looking for a Solution Architect to help lead the evolution of our core platform, Paws eTrack. If you’re someone who thrives at the intersection of technology, strategy, and real-world impact, this is your opportunity to shape systems that power meaningful, day-to-day operations across our Care Centres. ---------------------------------------- WHAT YOU’LL DO As our Solution Architect, you’ll be the architectural backbone of Paws eTrack and its surrounding ecosystem. You’ll: * Own and evolve the architecture roadmap for a scalable, secure, and high-performing platform * Design modern integrations across ERP, CRM, logistics, workforce systems, and external partners * Champion API-first and event-driven architectures (Kafka, RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus, etc.) * Guide data strategies across SQL & NoSQL environments * Identify and mitigate technical debt and architectural risks * Partner with Engineering, Product, IT, and operational teams to deliver real-world solutions ---------------------------------------- WHAT YOU BRING * 5–8 years in software engineering, systems design, or solution architecture * Experience with enterprise integrations and distributed systems * Strong knowledge of: * Microservices & modern web architectures * Messaging systems & asynchronous processing * Cloud platforms (Azure or AWS) * Relational + NoSQL databases * Ability to clearly communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences ---------------------------------------- WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS You won’t just design systems—you’ll help shape how our Care Centres operate every day.
