Dillon’s Water Wastewater discipline is looking for a Intermediate Water Wastewater Engineer to join our multidisciplinary team of professionals. You will have the opportunity to work on new and exciting projects across the country while providing clients with a fully integrated and superior client experience. This opportunity is for a motivated individual with demonstrated leadership abilities, to help shape the future of our growing team.

EXPERIENCE

  • Experienced in the assessment, design and construction of treatment processes for small and large-scale water and/or wastewater facilities.
  • Proficient in the full range of design activities including preparation of preliminary and detailed design drawings and reports, contract document preparation and tendering.
  • Experience with industrial site water and wastewater management is an asset including characterization (water balance, flow and quality), water conservation, water reuse, wastewater segregation, and pollution prevention planning.
  • Knowledge and experience working within Municipal, Provincial, and Federal regulations and guidelines relating to water and wastewater treatment design and operations
  • Exposure to project management skills, either through on the job experience or formal training.
  • Proven abilities in multidisciplinary teamwork, client and industry relationships, and regulatory agency consultation.
  • Familiarity with contract administration services and requirements.
  • Working knowledge of emerging technologies for water and wastewater treatment.
  • Proficient in project proposal preparation and presentations.
