Intermediation Accountant Team Leader
Bucharest

Responsibilities
  • Oversee Intermediation Accounting: Manage all aspects of Intermediation accounting operations, including account reconciliations and reporting
  • Deliverable Coordination: Ensure timely delivery of required outputs in alignment with SLAs, project specifications, company standards, and industry practices, while adhering to Finance guidelines and KPIs.
  • Operational Support: Provide technical support to the team, applying principles and strategies to enhance Intermediation accounting activities.
  • Task Supervision: Plan, delegate, and oversee day-to-day tasks among team members.
  • Technical Point of Contact: Serve as the primary contact for technical queries to prevent operational disruptions.
  • Guidance and Leadership: Offer direction and support based on management objectives and team needs.
  • Schedule Compliance: Maintain accuracy and integrity in the monthly, quarterly, and annual activity schedules, including closing processes.
  • Professional Relationships: Build and sustain strong, collaborative relationships with Accounting Operations Units.
  • Management Reporting: Ensure the timely completion of management reports, including monthly team performance metrics.
  • Team Development: Mentor and train team members, focusing on performance development and conducting 1-on-1 meetings.
  • Performance Reviews: Manage the Performance Review process, summarizing achievements and providing ratings.
  • Onboarding Support: Assist in the onboarding of new team members, offering guidance and support.
  • Hiring Participation: Engage in the hiring process, including candidate screening, interviews, and providing hiring recommendations.
  • Task Implementation: Implement additional tasks or changes as directed by the direct manager, such as internal controls and business reviews.
  • Process Improvement: Drive process standardization and improvements in response to internal or corporate needs.
  • Administrative Duties: Handle administrative tasks such as vacations, days off, and other team-related administrative matters.
