Company Description You will: Pediatric education INR checks Administer wound care and wound vac placement Provide disease process education Practice safe delivery of physician ordered care to patients in a home environment Perform patient assessments Provide feeding tube management and education Administer and manage medication Provide central line management, lab draws, and education Perform accurate and concise documentation Job Description You will: Treatment of infants, children, and/or adolescents according to the active plan of care, as given by the physician and other appropriate personnel Administration of prescribed medication, treatments and therapies Documents all activities, assessments, nursing actions, responses and coordination of care Educates the patient and family regarding the disease process, self-care techniques, and prevention strategies, and in meeting the patient's nursing needs.
