รายละเอียดงาน : 1. ออกใบกำกับภาษีอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (E-Tax Invoice) สำหรับการขายสินค้า/บริการ ให้ถูกต้องตามกฎหมาย 2. รับวางบิลจากเจ้าหนี้ (Vendor/Supplier) พร้อมตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของเอกสาร 3. บันทึกตั้งหนี้ในระบบบัญชี เช่น FlowAccount หรือ SAP Business One 4. นับสต๊อกสินค้าคงเหลือประจำเดือน และจัดทำรายงานสินค้าคงเหลือร่วมกับฝ่ายคลังสินค้า 5. ประสานงานกับฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น ฝ่ายขาย ฝ่ายจัดซื้อ และคลังสินค้า เพื่อให้ข้อมูลบัญชีถูกต้อง 6. จัดเก็บเอกสารบัญชีที่เกี่ยวข้องอย่างเป็นระบบ และสามารถตรวจสอบย้อนหลังได้ง่าย 7. สนับสนุนงานอื่น ๆ ของฝ่ายบัญชีตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร : - กำลังศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาบัญชี การเงิน หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง - มีความสนใจในงานบัญชีและเรียนรู้งานอย่างตั้งใจ - มีความสามารถในการ อ่าน เขียน ภาษาอังกฤษ - มีความละเอียดรอบคอบและรับผิดชอบต่องานที่ได้รับมอบหมาย - สามารถใช้ Microsoft Excel และ Google Sheets ได้ - หากสามารถฝึกงานได้ทันทีจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ - มี Growth Mindset
