Job Description 💼 Role Overview We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join Bosch for a fulfilling internship opportunity! This internship will provide valuable hands-on experience in a corporate environment, allowing you to contribute to ongoing projects while learning from experienced professionals. As an Intern, Accounting and Controlling, you will support the following key tasks in collaboration with experienced team members. 🎯 What you will do (Key Responsibilities) • Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and learn the end-to-end reporting process. • Perform variance analysis and provide meaningful insights to support controllers in decision-making. • Contribute to the Annual Business Planning process, including cost center budgeting, allocations, and business unit planning. • Support ongoing forecasting, still-to-go analysis, and participate in month-end and year-end closing activities. • Assist in credit reviews/releases and gain exposure to various financial reporting platforms. • Learn to use data analytics tools such as Power BI and support other ad hoc tasks as assigned. Qualifications • Able to commit full-time from (01.11.2025 - 31.05.2026) • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business, Tax, or Economics. • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, is an advantage. • Basic understanding / knowledge of AI and usage. • Demonstrates a positive attitude toward learning and is eager to gain hands-on experience in accounting and controlling.
