Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Intern to join our team and focus on Accounts Receivable and Collections projects. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in financial operations and contribute to the efficiency of our accounts receivable and collection processes. Key Responsibilities: * Assist in the reconciliation of accounts receivable. * Analyze accounts receivable aging reports. * Review credit terms and credit limits. * Develop consolidated reports of all customers, including their collection history, credit terms, and credit limits. * Recommend and assist in implementing standardized credit terms and limits. * Assist in the development of policies related to accounts receivable and collections. * Contact customers to update tax exempt certificates. Qualifications: * Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Prior experience or coursework in accounts receivable or finance is a plus.
Responsibilities
