Key Responsibilities: Support the coordination and monitoring of housekeeping, janitorial services, pest control, and landscaping activities to ensure cleanliness and workplace standards are maintained. Assist in overseeing security, health & safety, communications, and front office operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and basic safety guidelines. Provide administrative support for building repair and maintenance (R&M) activities, including logging issues, coordinating with vendors, and tracking service completion. Assist in coordinating transport arrangements and day-to-day workplace logistics as required. Support layout changes and office fit-out activities by assisting with planning, coordination, and follow-up with relevant stakeholders. Qualifications: Undergraduate or degree in facilities management/HR/Project Management. Skilled in Project Management, Operations & Maintenance Facility information management & technology management, occupancy & human factors Performance & quality.
Responsibilities
The intern will support the coordination of housekeeping, security, and health & safety operations while ensuring compliance with company policies. Additionally, they will assist in administrative tasks related to building maintenance and workplace logistics.
